Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of https://poke5.fr/fr, the website of POKE FIVE. The French version prevails.

1. Orders

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. An order is binding once confirmed. The restaurant may decline an order it cannot fulfil and will tell you so.

2. Collection and delivery

Times shown are estimates. For a delivery, the address given must be accurate and accessible.

3. Allergens

Allergens are shown for each dish. If in doubt, contact the restaurant before ordering.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed by e-mail or text message. Please let the restaurant know if you cannot come.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food or to catering services on a set date.

6. Complaints

For any complaint, contact the restaurant on 01 72 60 06 34. You may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
