Privacy policy

This policy explains how POKE FIVE processes your data when you use https://poke5.fr/fr (menu, orders, bookings, customer account). The French version prevails.

1. Controller

POKE FIVE, 3 Rue des Acacias, 75017 Paris. The site is hosted by a technical provider that processes data on its behalf.

2. Data processed

• Your account: name, e-mail address, phone, Google identifier if you use it.
• Your orders and bookings: products, amount, date, delivery address, special requests.
• Site visit statistics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Preparing, delivering and invoicing your orders; managing your bookings (contract).
• Keeping accounts and meeting legal obligations (legal obligation).
• Sending you news if you agreed to it (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. Retention

Data is kept as long as these purposes require, then deleted. Accounting records are kept for ten years (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing or ask for its portability by contacting the restaurant. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
